1. Data controller

BeleggerGids is an independent educational website for Belgian retail investors. The site is operated by a private individual on a non-commercial basis and is not registered as a business with the CBE (Crossroads Bank for Enterprises).

2. What data do we process?

BeleggerGids collects no personal data from visitors. There are no registration forms, no login system, and no newsletter.

The TOB Tracker feature works entirely locally in your browser (localStorage). Your transaction data never leaves your device and is not stored on any server, as we operate no servers for user data.

3. Cookies

BeleggerGids places no tracking cookies and does not use advertising cookies or social media pixels. The site uses browser localStorage exclusively for the TOB Tracker functionality, only on your own device.

4. Third-party services

The site uses Google Fonts to load typefaces. Your IP address may be transmitted to Google during this process. Google Fonts is subject to Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Since we process no personal data, most GDPR rights (access, rectification, deletion) do not apply. If you have questions nonetheless, you can contact us at the address in article 6.
